walking around Oulx, Chez Toi exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff, great Italian coffee, and cozy rooms made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

soundproofing could use improvement

I arrived at a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The renovated old town house exuded charm and elegance. My room was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite the hot summer nights, the hotel ensured a quiet and cool atmosphere. The English-speaking staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I was thrilled to discover that the hotel provided a free garage for my motorbike. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Although the restaurant was closed, I found great alternatives just a short walk away. As a bonus, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary platter of salami, cheese, pickles, and nuts on the lounge terrace, offering stunning views of the town. I highly recommend this superb hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. The room was small but comfortable, with a little balcony and a great view of the mountains. It was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel's location was ideal, close to both the city centre and the ski area. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring or hitting the slopes. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety of food to start the day off right.

The only issue I encountered was the slow Wifi, which could be improved. However, considering all the positive aspects, this hotel is definitely worth a visit.

The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast offered is decent, with options like good cappuccino available. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the ski slopes, allowing solo travellers to easily access the slopes without any hassle.

The English language understanding of the staff could have been better, which might make communication a bit challenging for solo travellers who do not speak the local language fluently.

Stayed at a beautiful hotel in a charming village. the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed walking around the quaint streets. Our room had a balcony with a mountain view, and the wifi was good. the hotel had a lift and parking was convenient. Despite visiting in the offseason, we found a nice pizzeria. Would have loved to stay longer for mountain walks!

The hotel's location is great for mountain getaways. It is very close to several ski towns and has easy access to buses that run regularly. the hotel staff is super helpful and accommodating. They helped us with restaurant reservations and gave us tips on the best local spots. the best aspect of our stay was the spacious and warm room. It had a beautiful balcony that offered stunning views of the mountains.

The slow Wi-Fi. It could be due to the number of levels in the hotel, but it made it challenging to stay connected.
