the location couldn't have been better, right across from Termini station, making it convenient for exploring Rome using the metro or simply walking to nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions we had. We felt safe in the area, even when walking to catch an early morning train to the airport. the accommodations were comfortable and reasonably priced. Although there was initially a strong bleach smell in our room, it quickly faded by the second day.

the hotel was conveniently close to supermarkets and a variety of food restaurants, including Indian, Filipino, Chinese, Korean, KFC. the receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed hot water for our children's noodles. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh beddings and towels provided. A bonus was the breakfast delivery to our room, thanks to a lovely lady. the beds were also very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. the breakfast, delivered to our room upon request, was tasty and the croissants were especially delicious. the room itself was basic, with two single beds pushed together, but the sheets and pillows were comfortable. We also appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. the location was excellent for first-time travelers, as it was close to Termini, the Colosseum, the Forum, and Santa Maria Maggiore. It was a great base for exploring the city on foot or using public transport. the staff, particularly Michel and Bernardo, were courteous and helpful. the air conditioning worked well, which was a blessing in the 39-degree heat. the room was cleaned daily and overall, we were really impressed with the services provided. We will definitely choose Hotel Chicago again when we next visit the city.

the location was perfect, with an easy walk to the railway station and a few shops. We even walked to the Spanish Steps from here. the staff was extremely friendly and responded quickly when we needed a repair in our room. the shower was great and the room had a fridge, which was convenient. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was not noisy at night. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
