Unfortunately, my stay was marred by various issues. The noise from the busy street outside was unbearable, especially as my room was on the first floor. Additionally, the facilities were tired. the mattress was uncomfortably soft, and I noticed that the bathroom had a somewhat shabby appearance. I expected more comfort for the price paid, and the rough towels did not add to my experience.

It was such a lovely experience with Trojan eagerly helping me with my bags and Danilo fixing a maintenance issue right away. The cozy lounge was a great place to unwind, and I enjoyed some downtime in the beautiful garden too. The only thing that caught me off guard was being taken to a different building for my room, but once I got inside, it was lovely and well-renovated! 😊

Our three-night stay was made memorable by Ruby at the front desk, who offered invaluable tips on local attractions. The proximity to Roma Termini was a game-changer for our travel. A kettle in the room would enhance mornings, but the coffee at the reception was a nice touch.

the soundproofing was absolutely terrible, I could even hear the staff's chit-chat from my room. I also found the hotel to be a bit institutional, lacking any character whatsoever, which is shocking for a place in Rome. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but alas, that was too much to ask for.

The location, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds was simply stunning.

Our stay was truly enjoyable, especially thanks to ruby at the front desk, who was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. plus, being just a short walk from the colosseum and surrounded by cozy cafes made our city strolls even better.

i stayed at ciao for one night, and it was great! the staff were very nice and went out of their way to help. the location is super convenient, just a short walk from termini station. the room was clean and had all the essentials for a solo traveler. it's quite affordable for a big city!

The location is perfect, only steps from the train station, making it easy to explore local attractions. The staff provided excellent guidance, including helpful maps and restaurant recommendations. I enjoyed sampling local dishes at nearby cafes, which were practical and tasty. However, low water pressure in the shower was an unexpected inconvenience, and the slight noise from the street occasionally disrupted my sleep.

The location is spot-on, just a short stroll to Termini, making it super easy for us to visit the Colosseum with the kids. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were quick to help with our requests.

My kids wished for a 24-hour common area to play in.
