the staff were absolutely lovely, always smiling and ready to help with any concerns or directions. the location was brilliant, just a few steps away from a train station and plenty of cafes. the room was clean, spacious, and kept warm during the winter. They even provided a free coffee machine and allowed us to store our bags after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great location, and budget-friendly prices.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ciao in Rome. The location was perfect, just next to the station, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed, including American outlets in the restroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. They even allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out. The provided map and instructions were greatly appreciated for my first visit to Rome.

I highly recommend Hotel Ciao for its excellent value and as a great base for exploring the city. Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as slight noise from the busy street and low shower pressure, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.
