During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and modern rooms at this hotel. the beds were comfortable and the flat screen TVs with English channels were a nice bonus. Additionally, the hotel's key location, just a 5-minute walk from the nightlife hub, was extremely convenient. It made it easy for me to explore and enjoy all the bars and restaurants in the area without having to worry about transportation.

There were a few drawbacks to my experience. One of the main issues was the noise in the hotel, especially late at night or early in the morning.

I absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do here, being so close to the red light district. The service was great; housekeeping came by every day to clean the room and the room service was delicious. I really appreciated the shuttle service they offered, it made everything so much easier, and the staff, especially the receptionist and parking attendant, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room such as the flat-screen TV, washing machine, and sink were very convenient and made my stay here extra comfortable.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends without any hesitation - it was that great!

The property is located in a less affluent area. The staff is friendly and receptive. The room features make it ideal for virtual meetings. The food is impressive and service is prompt. There's a hardworking and helpful all-purpose young man that makes the guests feel at home.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel Velario. The room was comfortable, with a firm bed and hot water in the shower. The location was convenient, close to the action but far enough to avoid any disturbances. The staff, especially Luigi, were incredibly helpful and the towncar service was a bonus. The secure parking with a 24-hour guard was reassuring. The hotel owner's restaurant, La Perla, served excellent fish dishes. I also loved the nearby food stand with tasty tacos for a great price. Additionally, my experience at Advanced Smiles Dentistry was outstanding and affordable compared to the US prices.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

The hotel had a stunning architecture and the rooms were spacious and sleek. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good price. the hotel also had secure and convenient parking, with polite and respectful parking employees.

My room didn't have hot water and the hotel employees were unable to fix the issue or offer me a different room. Additionally, some of the staff didn't provide great customer service, except for one awesome receptionist.

Stayed in the heart of the city, close to everything you need while on holiday, like restaurants, bars, and shops. Even discovered the black market nearby! The staff was very accommodating and spoke English well. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which was great in the summertime. The bathroom was clean, and the shower and sink were fixed promptly by the staff. Had a very pleasant stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel can sometimes lose reservations and may overbook on busy nights, causing inconvenience.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great area. It is located near all the action of downtown, including the famous red light district, which was a major attraction for me. The prices are very reasonable considering the spacious rooms they offer, complete with a jacuzzi and two beds. I was also pleasantly surprised to find free fast Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast included in the stay. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly throughout my visit.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my stay.
