We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right next to Piazza di Spagna and near everything we wanted to see in Ancient Rome. The staff provided excellent service, being warm, friendly, and always willing to offer extra help.

It was such a safe and vibrant area of the city, and I felt completely comfortable walking around. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly professional, with a high level of passion for their work. They provided me with exceptional service and even made a reservation for me at a wonderful restaurant. this place exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing - it felt like I was actually living in Rome. It was terrific being right near Piazza Spagna and the Spanish steps. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, especially Paula, one of the reception staff - she was very helpful and pleasant and professional. The rooms were high quality and the breakfasts generous. The double glazing and shutters ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Definitely recommend!

The room in the annex building was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and complimentary snacks. The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable and even tried to improve the weather for us! Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. 4th floor room spacious with sitting room and ample wardrobe space. Shuttered windows for light and fresh air. Great location minutes from Spanga Metro, Corso shopping, cafes, and restaurants.

We loved being in the heart of everything and seeing Ancient Rome up close and personal. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the free toiletries and everything in between. We also appreciated the helpful tour desk and room service.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many tourist spots are within walking distance, including the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, A/C, and WiFi. Despite the central location, the rooms are quiet at night, providing a peaceful sleep experience.

The elevator and entrance to the hotel are difficult to navigate with a lot of luggage.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near Spanish Steps and the abundance of great restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom had fantastic water pressure. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond in their friendliness and service. We will definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at Condotti Boutique. The location was perfect, just two blocks from the subway station and within walking distance of major tourist attractions like the Spanish stairs and Fontana de Trevi. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the wi-fi being a bit slow and some street noise, the overall experience was great. I definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and value for money. I had a fantastic stay at Condotti Boutique and would highly recommend it to others.

Had a great time during Christmas in Rome! Loved the convenient location near the Spanish Steps and Metro stop. Made it easy to explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions. the room had a nice tiny balcony that offered a great view. the king bed was super comfortable, and the showers were amazing , nice and strong!

The only downside was that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but hey, it's Rome , everything is cozy here! Also, we requested a late check.
