The staff was friendly and the room was clean. it was great that they offered free breakfast and Wi-Fi. the hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants.

The room was very cold and the heating didn't work properly. the noise level was high, making it difficult to sleep through the night.

The hotel owners at Hotel Corticella made us feel incredibly welcome during our stay. They were always willing to assist us with any special requests, such as calling taxis or getting takeaway food. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel were outstanding, and the free WiFi was a definite plus. The location, although not in the city center, was conveniently connected with public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service and hospitality from the staff made it feel like a 7-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and exceptional guest experience.
