Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of a peaceful seaside setting, this hotel is the ideal base for a relaxing getaway. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the island, it offers tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere in Jersey. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious features such as four-poster beds and Jacuzzi baths. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

There were some issues with noise coming from a neighboring room during one guest's stay, which affected the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Chateau La Chaire for a weekend getaway with my partner. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and so accommodating. The rooms were lovely, and the food was delicious. Hannah and Sonia were particularly lovely and helpful. The location was ideal, with a very short walk to a beautiful bay and a 30-minute drive to the main town of St Helier. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the meals were great. The room was really comfortable and clean, and the hotel was in a nice, quiet setting with some really nice walks to nearby bays. Afternoon teas were something else!

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location in a beautiful bay surrounded by a quiet wooded valley was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself had a cozy and elegant feel, more like staying in a guest house than a big corporate hotel. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff from the bar staff to the management. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful garden furniture.

This venue is a great choice for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Beautiful gothic interiors combined with lively lounges with a great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff, and excellent food. the key location was gorgeous and had a calming atmosphere.

The room had no lift and could not accommodate my husband's mobility issues. the en-suite bathroom was a challenge too, as there was no walk-in shower, and the slant in the roof above the bath limited movement.

Had a fantastic Easter at this lovely hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the food was amazing, especially the award-winning restaurant. the location was perfect, with great walking opportunities and a beautiful bay nearby.

There were a lot of stairs from the car park and then more stairs up to the room, which could be challenging for some guests. the bedroom suite had a sloping roof which made it difficult to get in and out of bed, especially for taller people.

The restaurant, although a bit pricey, was top-notch, and we also enjoyed the excellent food and service at the nearby pub owned by the hotel. this small and classy hotel is hard to beat on the island of Jersey. Don't miss the secret forgotten garden!

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and was served by friendly staff. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The room we stayed in was a bit dark and uninviting, and could definitely benefit from some updating and maintenance. The carpets were stained and there were cup marks on the furniture, giving the impression of wear and tear.
