My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and the train station. The views from my room were stunning, with beautiful hills in sight. The room itself had everything I needed and was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The breakfast provided a good variety, including delicious pastries made on the premises. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, location, and excellent service. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming city. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and the train station was just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast spread had a good variety and was a great way to start the day. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

During our xmas stay, we had a great view from the balcony, which was worth waking up early for. the staff was friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication very easy for us. the restaurant attached had amazing food and service that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The lack of AC and mosquito nets caused us trouble with insects and heat, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. to that, the parking situation was not ideal, and we had trouble finding a spot which was free and in close proximity to the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located near the mountains, making it a perfect base for outdoor activities. Additionally, its proximity to the center of Chiavenna and the train station makes it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. Guests can enjoy beautiful views from some of the rooms and the friendly reception staff is always ready to assist. For those traveling with bikes, there is a secure storage available. Moreover, guests have praised the hotel's cocktail bar for its selection of drinks.

Some guests have mentioned that certain rooms may have outdated features, such as tub-only bathrooms without shower curtains.

We had a fantastic stay at a welcoming hotel just a few minutes' walk from the main train and bus stations. the staff at Crimea Hotel were extremely helpful, providing assistance whenever we needed it. Their restaurant, the "crotta," offered a wonderful selection of both traditional and contemporary dishes, making it one of the best in the village. the location in the quiet, old quarter of Chiavenna was perfect, with plenty of breakfast places, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. the staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel even catered to bikers. the cocktail bar offered a great choice of drinks, and we enjoyed a perfect view of the surrounding mountains from our balcony. Despite our limited Italian, the staff understood English well, making communication comfortable. we were pleased to return to this hotel after three years, and appreciated its central location and friendly staff.
