We had an excellent time staying at Hotel Cristallo in a first-floor room with a delightful lake view and terrace. The hotel's convenient position, with good parking and a bus stop just 30 meters from the entrance, made it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel was clean, exceeding our expectations, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel Cristallo provided us with a happy holiday experience.

Totally recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the road from the lake. The walk down to the lovely promenade is absolutely stunning, with crystal clear views of the lake. It's such a treat to have a room with a view of the lake and a large balcony. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, with a small fridge provided to keep our soft drinks cool during the August heatwave. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offers a good selection and there was always an ample supply of tea bags. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

All was wonderful, nothing to be improved.

Located near Lake Garda and in a beautiful area. the hotel was very clean and hygienic. Staff were pleasant and welcoming during the holiday season. the breakfast was acceptable.

The Wi-Fi was only accessible in certain areas of the hotel. the air conditioning was not up to par.
