As young families, we were impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cuisine from the hotel's kitchen was excellent, and we enjoyed dining in-house each night. The location was perfect, with the lake, ferry point, and bus stop for the Malpensa shuttle just a short walk away. We also appreciated the nearby supermarket and restaurants, including the one attached to the hotel.

We felt welcomed into the family and had nothing to complain about.
