The comfortable rooms ensured a great night's sleep, and we were impressed with the helpful and knowledgeable bartender Dimitri. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff preparing it were cheerful and courteous. The hotel's proximity to all the main sights made exploring the city a breeze.

The staff was friendly. The hotel entrance is in a quiet street. The view from our window was amazing, overlooking the Grand Canal. The room was clean, with a lovely bathroom and excellent shower. The breakfast had both hot and cold options.

the location was perfect, central to attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was easily accessible by water taxi/ferry, but also tucked away on a quiet street for privacy. the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, modern, and beautiful. Even without a canal view, they were still impressive. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the city.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions, allowing me to explore the city easily. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with both a shower and a bath tub. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including continental items and a hot menu.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging, as there were no clear street signs and locals were not familiar with its name. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning during my stay, making the room quite hot and uncomfortable.

Located in a quiet alley, this hotel is conveniently situated just a short ferry ride away from Piazzale Roma and within walking distance to the best sights. The rooms are clean and modern, with high ceilings that create a spacious atmosphere. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. Some rooms even have a view of the Grand Canal, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

The bathroom could use more space for toiletries.

During our Easter trip, we were glad to enjoy two complementary facts: a city tour and a bottle of wine on our arrival. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We were pleased to have a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful rooftops of the city, which made our stay more enjoyable.

Our stay was marred by the noisy air conditioning that did not function properly, leaving us with a hot and uncomfortable room. the breakfast room was too small and overcrowded, and the breakfast options were unsatisfactory, with limited hot food options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side alley just a short walk from the ferry stop and San Marco square. The convenience of being so close to the main attractions and yet enjoying a peaceful atmosphere was truly amazing.

We loved our stay at this charming hotel tucked away from the touristy areas. The room, though small, had a classic Venetian style and was impeccably clean.
