Stayed at this hotel during Easter and I must say that the location was amazing! It's near the beautiful lakeside and going on a boat trip to the islands was really worth it, the scenery was simply stunning. the staff was really friendly, and it was nice to have them available to help me book restaurant reservations. the continental breakfast was really good, with plenty of options, fresh fruit and fantastic coffee.

The Wi-Fi was really poor, I couldn't even get a connection half of the time which was really inconvenient. the pillow was incredibly uncomfortable, it felt like a slab and hurt my neck.

This hotel was a great find! First of all, the location was spot on - situated on a quiet street, it offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Another highlight was the value for money - the prices were very reasonable for what you got. The rooms themselves were comfortable and had all the basic amenities you would need. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a balcony on the second floor, where I could sit and enjoy the view. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was included, complete with ham and cheese!

Excellent location, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Best breakfast in Italy with a variety of international and Italian options. Close to lake, village center, bars, restaurants, and bus/ferry station. Affordable pick-up from train station can be arranged. Perfect for our needs with great service.

We had a great stay in this hotel located down a small winding alley off the main road passing Lake Maggiore. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh orange juice and cappuccinos. The hotel is conveniently located near the lake, making it easy to take a ferry to explore the surrounding touristy towns like Stresa and Verbania. The hotel also provides free mountain bikes for guests to use during the day, which added to our enjoyable stay.

That the ferries from Angera to the touristy villages were not very frequent.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean facilities, great breakfast variety, helpful recommendations.
