Del Centro is a perfect centrally located hotel with helpful staff. the breakfast offers a wide variety of food options. the Wi-Fi worked well and there were extra blankets and pillows in the room. the hotel provides excellent value for money and has a 24-hour reception. the staff's hard work and friendly service, especially from Cetty in the breakfast room, made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's location is convenient for exploring all the attractions in the area, including being a short walk from the main station. the area feels safe to walk around at night.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city, with the hotel located right in the centre of Palermo. Being within walking distance of most of the tourist sites made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and adequately equipped, providing us with a cozy atmosphere to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, offering helpful information about the local area. The breakfast provided a wide range of options, including delicious Sicilian fare, ensuring a great start to each day.

The lack of parking provided by the hotel, which made finding a parking lot a bit challenging.

The hotel we stayed at during our Thanksgiving break had a breakfast that was amazing, they had an assortment of continental breakfast and local Sicilian pastries which were very delectable. the hotel's location was perfect because it was right in the heart of the city, so you can walk anywhere you want in no time. there were good restaurants and cafes close to the hotel which made it easy for us to find a great place to eat.

The only problem we encountered during our stay was the noise levels in our rooms, it was noisy at night so we had trouble sleeping at times. the other issue was the keys, they were difficult to work, and we couldn't easily come and go.

I had a really good stay at this hotel! It's really close to the central station, which made it super convenient for me to get around. The staff were really friendly and provided great service. The rooms were basic, but clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including an excellent hot shower. Plus, breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice bonus.
