Some electrical sockets are not compatible with certain plugs, so be sure to check before bringing your appliances. The train line runs behind the property, which may be a noise concern for light sleepers, although with earplugs, it shouldn't be a major issue.

Wonderful family-run hotel with beautiful gardens and ample parking. The staff was friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Our room, though not yet renovated, was still lovely and peaceful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

We couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of soundproofing as we were disturbed by the constant noise from passing trains throughout our stay. Additionally, the scrambled eggs were always cold and the hard boiled eggs were over-cooked.

Gorgeous gardens, charming old villa, helpful staff. Loved sitting in the sun before strolling to the lake. Free breakfast was a bonus.

Who needs a lift when you can climb stairs in an annexe? So convenient!
