This hotel is a great find on the promenade towards the marina end. The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms are comfortable, with a really nice balcony which was also a lovely touch. The large bathroom was clean and tidy, and the breakfast included hot foods which made for a satisfying start to the day.

I couldn't believe my luck when I stumbled upon this gem of a hotel. The modern and high-tech features at a reasonable price were a pleasant surprise. The sea view and balcony added to the already great experience. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Viareggio.

We had an amazing stay at a perfectly located hotel, just steps away from a beautiful clean beach. the staff at Eden were incredibly helpful and made our experience memorable. the rooms were spotless and the safety measures in place were reassuring. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Definitely recommend a visit to this hidden gem. 👍

The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for a quick swim or to soak up the sun. With its proximity to the coast, guests have easy access to all the 'blue' areas, where they can enjoy the beautiful views and relax. The hotel is also conveniently situated near several bicycle hire outlets, allowing guests to explore the area on two wheels.

The breakfast options at the hotel are somewhat limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.

The balcony overlooking the promenade and the sun-roof were enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the hotel was sparklingly clean. Excellent location near the station and bus station. The rooms had attention to detail and the breakfast served on the terrace was excellent with a good choice.

Great Location! Right by the beach and walking distance from the main attractions. Staff was really friendly, always making us feel welcome. Breakfast was a winner, we enjoyed the variety on offer and the great coffee.

Noisy at night, the main road was a bit too loud for comfort. the lack of comfortable lounge areas made it hard to find a place to relax outside of our room.

Great location, clean rooms with balconies, comfortable beds, rooftop terrace with beach view, welcoming staff.

The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the beach. The location was also great, just a short walk to the promenade with many restaurants and shops. the hotel offered a varied and delicious breakfast selection.

The room had a mosquito problem, which was quite bothersome. The hotel also lacked certain amenities, like free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a friendly receptionist who provided helpful information upon check-in.
