I had an incredible time at Palazzo Vecchio. the valet service was convenient, with one valet parking the car and another assisting with luggage, just a short walk to the hotel. the view from the Sky Bar was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

A fabulous hotel in a quaint town! the breakfast spread was top-notch, and the staff, especially Ivana, made me feel like royalty. the steps to the hotel were a breeze thanks to the helpful team. the cozy room and delicious food left me speechless. As a pet owner, I couldn't help but wish my furry companions could join in on the fun. From the hidden gem terrace to the warm service, this spot is a winner for any traveler!

We visited for a relaxing getaway and spent five wonderful days in this charming hotel. the location was ideal, offering a quiet ambiance yet conveniently close to everything. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast each morning and loved the spectacular rooftop bar with stunning views. the concierge was a gem, organizing our excursions effortlessly, including a memorable helicopter tour of Mount Etna.
