the staff at eros were incredible, warm, and went out of their way to make our stay special. they truly understand hospitality and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect with a view of the volcano and easy access to the beach.

Bed bug bites ruined our stay.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel so welcome and took great care of me throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. I loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool with its bubbling water that reminded me of a volcano geyser. The rooftop terrace was also a favorite spot of mine to enjoy a refreshing spritz in the evening. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for exploring the island of Vulcano, which quickly became my favorite island. But above all, it was the staff who made my stay exceptional.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Nice Pool area and friendly staff. The pool area of the hotel was a nice respite from the heat, with plenty of sun beds available. The staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed. The hotel has a good location, close to the hydrofoil dock, which made it easy to get to other places.

Bugs and Bad Food. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by bed bugs bites.

The amenities here are top-notch. Our room was amazing, so comfortable and well-appointed. And the pool.wow! It's fantastic, as is the beach area. We also had a fantastic lunch here and breakfast offered a great selection. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even make amazing cocktails. We couldn't have asked for better service.
