Great location near ski bus stop and close to supermarket. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained. The food at dinner was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a convenient car park and ski/boot storage area. it was a fantastic experience for our New Year's holiday.

The breakfast choices were limited and heavily focused on cakes and sweets. The breakfast and dinner timings were a bit short, could have been extended by 30 minutes.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and spotlessly clean triple room at Hotel Etoile De Neige. The balcony with its view of the main street and mountains was a great addition. Despite a chilly first impression, the heating warmed up nicely for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel, just a short walk to the ski lift and village, was perfect. Additionally, the staff, particularly Luigi, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with car troubles during our stay. The dinner options were delicious and the wine selection showcased locally sourced offerings. we would highly recommend this hotel for its value and excellent service.

The value for money at Etoile De Neige was great, exceeding expectations with a comfortable and clean room. The location was perfect with the ski lift and amenities nearby. The staff were exceptional, making us feel at home and going above and beyond to assist us.

The food for breakfast could have been better, lacking variety and freshness.
