I couldn't believe the value for my money at The Almar in Scarborough! The room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and had some thoughtful touches like free hot drinks and biscuits. The location was perfect, with the beach, open air theatre, and the best fish and chip shop all within easy reach. The hosts Julie and John were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Plus, their local knowledge was super helpful!

The breakfast could have been even better with a bit more variety, but it was still tasty and filling.

Had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel. Loved the free tea and coffee available all day and the excellent breakfasts. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. had a wonderful experience.
