I got great value for my money at Hotel Europa in Alessandria. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center. The staff treated me with genuine friendliness and were always helpful.

We arrived very late at Hotel Europa and were relieved to find the front desk staff welcoming and helpful. In a stroke of bad luck, we got a flat tire on a side street near the hotel, but the gentleman at the front desk provided us with guidance and even made a sign for us in Italian to place on our windshield since we were in a no parking zone. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference in our experience.
