This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Livorno, just a short distance from the main shopping area and conveniently close to the ferry terminal. The staff were welcoming and provided helpful assistance with directions and maps. The rooms on the fourth floor were equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a good shower. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast offered good coffee, adding to the overall value for money.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home. the rooms were well-maintained with a good air con system, and the breakfasts provided were sweet and filling. One great feature was the fact that we received extra pillows without even having to ask for them; it's the small details that make a big difference! the location of the hotel was very central, making it easy to get around.

While the wifi worked, it was a bit spotty, which made it hard to work on our devices. the rooms facing the street could be noisy, especially for light sleepers, so it may be best to request a room on the other side of the building.
