We had a great experience at Avenida! the staff were friendly and always there to help. the room was clean and comfortable, with good heating for the cooler weather. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the main train and metro station. There were also plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. it was a pleasant stay and perfect for a budget-friendly trip to Madrid.

Location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation. The hotel had a parking facility which was a plus. The room was basic but comfortable for the price we paid.

The view from the room was not pleasant, only cigarette buds on the roof. It was also quite far from Madrid, so not ideal if you plan on visiting the city.

We had a great stay at Avenida, located in the center of Leganes. the staff were friendly and always available to assist us in English. the rooms were clean and well-maintained by the attentive cleaning staff. We felt safe leaving our belongings in the room, and the Wi-fi reception was excellent. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to access public transportation to the city. there were plenty of good local restaurants nearby, offering favorable prices. We even found a supermarket and other shops in the area, making it convenient for our needs.

I stayed at Avenida for a week for a conference at the nearby university. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and store my luggage after check-out. The room was clean, cozy, and had a comfortable bed.
