The location was superb, perfect for exploring the historic section of the city. The housekeeping staff were excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The reservation staff, although not always consistent, were helpful according to the employee we interacted with. Despite being expensive during the festival, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Europa. As an ex-HR Director at Sheraton Hotels and Towers, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The value for money at Hotel Europa was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a newly renovated bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of town near the Roman amphitheatre. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was a wider variety of pastries.

It is just a short walk away from Piazza Bra, where you can find the famous Arena di Verona. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities such as air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the fact that my room had two balconies, allowing me to enjoy the views and fresh air. The breakfast included in the price was a great touch and provided a good start to the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - right in the center of the old city in Piazza Bra. Everything was within walking distance, saving me money on transportation. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were cozy, with all the basic amenities I needed. Despite being a little small, my room had a window that opened to a quiet courtyard, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Oh, and the breakfast included in the price was a true value. It gave me a great start to my day of exploring the city!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, providing excellent recommendations for local eateries and offering information about walks and transportation options. The breakfast is fantastic, with a terrific tea and coffee bar, a self-serve buffet with a good selection, and all the usual offerings like fresh fruit, vegetables.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the amenities offered. the rooms were small but comfortable and nicely decorated. the staff was fairly welcoming and the room was cleaned everyday, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of all the key attractions in Verona, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the walls of the hotel were paper thin, and I could hear everything going on in the room next to mine.
