We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the slopes. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options available. The spa center was a highlight, with relaxing treatments and an outdoor pool to enjoy even in the snowy weather.

Great location and spa!

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, the hotel had a prime location near the ski lifts and many activities. Additionally, the spa facilities were top-notch with a sauna, steam room, and outdoor pool. However, the food was lackluster with poor service at the restaurant and unappetizing stews and vegetables. The rooms also needed updating with stains on the carpet and a persistent unpleasant odor. the hotel had great potential but failed to deliver a satisfactory experience in terms of dining and accommodations.

grand was an amazing hotel experience. views and spacious room were lovely. spa and outside pool were highlights. the food was fantastic, especially for serbian cuisine lovers. staff was friendly and helpful. a must-visit for a great kopaonik trip.

The hotel also has excellent ski instructors and a ski school in the basement. I had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel and would recommend it.
