We had a minor issue with the towels in our room that were changed too frequently. It would be more environmentally friendly to reduce towel changes without compromising cleanliness. However, overall, we had a wonderful stay at the "Lovely hotel, ideal location". The staff were warm and friendly, going out of their way to help and make recommendations. The cozy and charming junior suite had a stunning view of the sea, and the hotel's ideal location meant we were close to everything but away from all the noise. We felt at home and would definitely return to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The decor of the hotel was beautiful and had a chic Capri vibe. The service we received was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They helped us with restaurant reservations, canceled and rebooked our plans without any hassle, and even arranged a surprise birthday treat for my friend. The attention to detail and the friendly and helpful nature of the staff made us feel truly welcomed. We can't wait to come back and experience this spectacular hotel again!
