We couldn't have picked a more perfect spot! The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace. The vaporetto stop right outside made getting around so easy. Our room had a stunning view and we loved the spacious marble bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had an amazing location, right on the Grand Canal. It was such a treat to wake up and have a beautiful view of the water. the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. They even arranged transportation for us, which made getting around the city so much easier. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore.

The wifi in the rooms didn't work well at all. It was really frustrating not being able to connect, especially when we needed to plan our day or stay in touch with loved ones back home.

I had an incredible stay at an excellent base near St Mark's Square. The location of the hotel on the Lagoon was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, taking our cases when we arrived early. Although our room didn't have a view, it didn't bother us for the one night. The breakfast in the morning was superb and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also arranged a water taxi for us to the port, which was a great addition to our holiday experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Venice!

Our room had a charming balcony with an amazing view of the lagoon. The classical furniture and high ceilings added to the romantic atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel had a lovely inner yard, a charming garden, and a restaurant with a view of the lagoon. The staff provided us with a tourist map and directions to Murano. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and beautiful views.

The waterfront location is perfect, away from the tourist crowds. Close to the Arsenale for Biennale attendees. Clean rooms, attentive staff, and easy to find. Nearby waterbus for easy transportation. Air conditioning works well. Ample closet space. The buffet breakfast is good, though a bit sweet.

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in dit hotel! De locatie was perfect, met het strand en de oceaan vlakbij. De faciliteiten in het hotel waren geweldig, met een zwembad en mooie gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en had alles wat ik nodig had.

Het enige minpuntje was dat er niet genoeg handdoeken waren voor de hele week. Dit was een beetje vervelend, maar verder was alles perfect.
