We couldn't have picked a more perfect spot! The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace. The vaporetto stop right outside made getting around so easy. Our room had a stunning view and we loved the spacious marble bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

This place is in a fantastic location just five or so minutes walk from St. Marks square central, very suitably 5 minutes away from the Arsenale vaporetto station, directly on the Lagoon waterfront, and within walking distance of most of the key landmarks. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with ongoing travel arrangements. The service was top-notch with room service, laundry, and wake-up service available. The room amenities were excellent with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. The hotel also provided an electric kettle, television, and an am/fm alarm clock. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room.

The only downside of this hotel was that the breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately. However, the buffet breakfast was delicious and worth the extra cost.

We had a fantastic stay at Gabrielli! The included breakfast was outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location and incredible views. We enjoyed exploring the area by foot and the roof deck offered amazing views. The rooms, though small, were clean and comfortable. it was a wonderful experience staying at this historic hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the shutters of my room at Gabrielli and was greeted with an incredible view of the lagoon. The two small balconies added to the charm and allowed me to fully enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The room itself was cozy and well-heated, and the large bed ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with a powerful shower, and the fluffy white robes and slippers were a luxurious touch. The WiFi connection was strong throughout the hotel, and I never experienced any interruptions. my stay at Gabrielli was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located just on the lagoon, close to everything in Venice. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has luxurious bath sheets and nice soaps. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide selection of high-quality produce. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the evening skyline from the rooftop bar.

The hotel had an amazing location, right on the Grand Canal. It was such a treat to wake up and have a beautiful view of the water. the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. They even arranged transportation for us, which made getting around the city so much easier. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore.

The wifi in the rooms didn't work well at all. It was really frustrating not being able to connect, especially when we needed to plan our day or stay in touch with loved ones back home.

I had a great experience at Gabrielli - the room was fully updated, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location in Castello was perfect, with easy access to San Marco and the boat docks. the AC worked well and the windows kept out almost all noise. the hotel had a beautiful facade and a lovely garden, as well as a roof terrace with stunning views. a top-class location with a pleasant atmosphere.
