I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gianni Franzi, where I enjoyed a beautiful breakfast served on a lovely terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my check-in easy and ensuring I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

Be prepared for many stairs.

Oh, the homemade marmalade at breakfast was a revelation—sweet, tangy, and vibrant, just like the views from the rooftop pool. The fantastic ocean scenery while sipping coffee made our mornings unforgettable. And that comfy bed? Perfect for unwinding after our adventures.

However, the lack of air conditioning made sleep pretty restless, and lugging our bags up those countless steps was quite the workout! The ice situation was amusingly disappointing—just five cubes for five of us! A bit more warmth from staff would have brightened our experience. I'd say it's not ideal for seniors.

Loved the private terraces with ocean views, offering a wonderful spot for family meals. Breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, with delightful views from the terrace. The location provided easy access to the harbor and local restaurants. We appreciated the inviting atmosphere and clean accommodations.

Nothing to improve on.

We enjoyed two nights in a Double Room. The breakfast location had a beautiful terrace with a dreamy view. There’s also a cliffside terrace for guests. we listened to the waves here at night. The room was well-equipped and had everything we needed.

Getting to our room felt like training for a marathon with all those stairs—what was I thinking, bringing a suitcase?

Dinner at the hotel was enjoyable, but battling flies outdoors detracted from the meal. Overall, the ambiance and views definitely stood out amidst some room for improvement in comfort and accessibility.
