The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The location was great, near the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of good restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel near the Spanish Steps. The hotel's attention to detail really stood out. The rooms were delightfully decorated with an absolutely lovely 1920s style, and the large closets were a great addition. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a short walk from the top of the Spanish Steps. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was included and served in a lower level breakfast room until 10 A.M. It was a wonderful way to start the day.

I stayed at Hotel Gregoriana for 3 nights at the end of my 5-week European holiday. Perfect location near the Spanish Steps. Warm welcome from the Manager, incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Comfortable, Art Deco-style rooms, spotlessly cleaned. Lift available. Incredibly quiet. All staff cheerful and helpful, especially Alessandro! Breakfast is a little basic, but who needs a 'full English' in Rome? Good coffee and pastries, with the option to order extras. Excellent value for the quality and location. Manager organized a private car to the airport. Will definitely return. Thank you to the team!
