During my stay at the Ramada hotel, I encountered a small issue with the room I was initially assigned. The bed in the "King Bed" room was actually two large single beds pushed together, which made it uncomfortable. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue by moving me to a proper Double room with a comfortable bed.

Despite the minor inconvenience with the room, I would still recommend the Ramada hotel to others. Their prompt resolution of the issue and the overall positive experience outweighed any drawbacks.

This hotel is excellent value for money! The location on the right bank of river Tyne, just next to the Baltic Centre, was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to Newcastle centre. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to help us. The basic amenities were great and the rooms were comfortable with a lovely walk-in shower, large towels, and sofa. Breakfast had something for everyone's taste, though it wasn't included in the price, with delicious scrambled eggs and options for vegetarians.

It took me less than five minutes to reach the bridge, which was incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with basic amenities that met all of my needs. The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. All in all, I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, giving it great value for money. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to visit the Millennium Bridge and the Baltic Museum.
