The hotel is in a great location, near the old city area with its charming shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the canal, providing a picturesque view. being next to the harbor gives guests the opportunity to enjoy the sight of boats coming in. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The parking space is limited and guests are required to leave their keys at reception.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the restaurants, bars, and shops on foot. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and delicious cakes. The hotel bar, overlooking the port, provided a lovely place to relax in the afternoons. Our room was upgraded and renovated, with a new bathroom and fresh decor. We even had a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay here truly enjoyable.

Although this hotel is not specifically designated for children, they made our two kids feel very welcome. The staff were accommodating and never rushed us during breakfast.

Great location next to the harbour and easy to find. Breakfast spread was good with a variety of options available. The hotel had a carparking that could be reserved in advance, which was very convenient.

Rooms were outdated and not clean, with lots of dust and lack of basic amenities. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
