The hotel is in a perfect location right in front of the Herculaneum ruins with a beautiful view. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast with the nice view across to the sea was great, especially with the extra gluten-free cakes.

The hotel is perfectly located, just across the road from the entrance to the ruins and a short 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large comfortable bed and a nice, clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast room had a beautiful view and offered a typical Italian breakfast, including local specialties and good coffee.

The breakfast and coffee were decent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel's location near the excavations and train station was convenient for my business trip, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

The beds were uncomfortable and the noise level from nearby traffic kept me up at night. the pillows were thin and uncomfortable, and the room felt small and cramped.

When visiting the archaeological site, this hotel's front door leads directly to the entrance. We enjoyed breakfast with views of the excavation site and Naples Bay. Although the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, the staff made our stay memorable. From the reception to the breakfast staff and housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to assist and make us feel at home.

We got great value for our money with a recently refurbished and clean room. The location was unbeatable, right in front of the entrance to the Herculaneum archaeological site. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Herculaneum. The location couldn't have been better - just across the street from the ruins of Herculaneum. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, even moving us to a different room when we had a technical problem. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection of pastries and cereals. We loved starting our day in the breakfast room with its breathtaking view of the sea. And in the evenings, the small terrace with the "lemon garden decoration" was the perfect spot to relax with a glass of prosecco. The nearby Pappamonte restaurant was also a great find, with delicious food and friendly service.
