The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff were professional and attentive to my every need. the Spa & wellness centre provided a luxurious experience that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sauna. the massage was also top, notch.

I found the swimming pool to be slightly chilly, which made it difficult to enjoy for an extended period of time.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with beautiful gardens beneath the warm morning sun and a view of the Matterhorn in the background. The rooms are well-appointed and cozy, with spacious bathrooms and balconies overlooking the picturesque surroundings. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, offering a shuttle service to the slopes and town. The restaurant serves delicious food with a broad wine selection, and the spa area is relaxing and well-equipped.

The breakfast service could be improved, with a lack of organization and staff not replenishing food and drink or tidying up.

The food and the cozy ambiance were great, and the location was convenient for skiing. But the best part was the ski transfers, which made it easy to get to the slopes.

The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, with some of them not speaking English well enough to understand our needs. Also, the pool area was too small and not well-maintained. our experience was disappointing and we would not recommend this hotel.

Daniel, in particular, went above and beyond to organize special events for us. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-7 minute walk from the town center. They also offer convenient transfers to the ski lifts, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. the restaurant served delicious food in a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. the swimming pool, although not very big, was beautiful, and the spa area provided a truly relaxing experience. the service, location, and amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
