The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and kind, providing us with valuable information about the city and drawing it out on a map. They even went above and beyond by making us cappuccinos with our breakfast at no extra cost. The value for money at this hotel is superb.

During easter, I stayed at a hotel which was ideally located. It was just a few minutes away from the bus stop which took me to the city center and the station. I also enjoyed the fact that I could walk to the city center in just 15 minutes. The hotel also had a complimentary breakfast which had numerous tasty options, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The room did not have a balcony with flowers or a proper panoramic window, causing me to feel a bit claustrophobic. The street noise from cars starting at 7 am also disrupted my sleep and I think it would be beneficial for the hotel to have a note in each room about cleaning preferences.
