Stayed at this excellent hotel for 10 nights in early July. Our room was classic, clean, and fresh. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food, including gluten-free options. We were pleasantly surprised by the remarkably quiet room, considering it was a city center hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent restaurant suggestions. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, the coast, buses, and the railway. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely and cozy hotel.

The value for money at Jolanda was fantastic and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a small balcony. The location was great, just a short walk to restaurants and the sea front. The staff were exceptional, particularly Marcella at reception who was friendly, efficient, and gave great restaurant suggestions.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more savory options for those who don't prefer sweet items in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very near to all the nice restaurants and right in the center close to the ferry that takes you to Portofino. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The reception staff member who drove us to the train station when the taxi didn't show up on time was a lifesaver. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, especially in the morning when the cleaning staff were hard at work. The breakfast provided was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

As youngsters, we loved the comfortable beds and the clean rooms. The breakfast bar offered a reasonable variety of options, and we appreciated the "black out" shutters that helped with both morning light and traffic noise. The hotel's location, a few blocks off the main street, meant less noise from scooters buzzing through town, yet it was only a short 6 or 7 minute walk to the beach. The friendly staff and their willingness to please made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was comfortable and the toilet/shower area was immaculate. The variety at breakfast was plentiful and the food was excellent. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful.
