Our group vacation was awesome! We enjoyed the spa and took in fantastic mountain views from our room. Loved the meals—especially the three-course dinners. Don't miss the outdoor pool, it's relaxing after a day exploring. Take time to walk around, tons of beautiful spots to discover!

Unfortunately, I had issues with the WiFi, which made it hard to stay connected for calls. It was frustrating, especially since I needed to work a bit while on vacation. Not ideal if you're planning to combine work and play.

The outdoor infinity pool offers stunning views of the Dolomites, making it a magnificent spot to unwind after a day of skiing. I absolutely loved the cozy ambiance of the wellness center, especially the diverse sauna options that gave me a true alpine experience. Dining was a delight. the restaurant's menu featured endless delicious dishes, with desserts that were simply heavenly!

The room in the new building had a large space and exceptional views. The pool and sauna provided a stunning mountain backdrop. We chose the half board option for breakfast and dinner, enjoying a great selection of foods. I would definitely return for winter activities soon. Overall, an incredible experience!

The WiFi is a nightmare, constantly needing log-ins!!! The bar lacks vibrancy with a limited cocktail list, which is disappointing!!! Cleaning in some rooms could be improved, and the outdoor pool temperature needs to be warmer!!!

I faced several challenges during my stay. Initially, at check-in, I was informed that my reserved room was not available, resulting in an unpleasant discussion to find a satisfactory alternative. The room I eventually received, although better positioned, lacked a balcony and did not meet the luxurious expectations set by the resort's advertised amenities. Additionally, the dining experience left much to be desired. while breakfast was a delightful spread, the dinner options were overwhelming and of average quality, which was disappointing considering the resort's reputation.

The breathtaking views from the outdoor infinity pool made every dip unforgettable. Add in the evening piano performance, and I felt like I was living a dream!

However, the front desk staff, other than a few, seemed less accommodating and could use some polishing in their hospitality skills, which tarnished an otherwise perfect atmosphere.

The stunning spa area had a diverse selection of relaxing treatments. The atmosphere was truly warm and welcoming, with friendly staff ready to assist. The location offered great opportunities for outdoor activities. and the food was outstanding, especially the vast breakfast buffet.

Could improve on the dining experience, as the table assignments on the first day felt a bit disorganized. Maybe more attention to detail during service would enhance the experience.
