We loved the location of this place! It was right next to the beach and just a short walk to the bustling town centre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. Our room with a balcony was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was lovely. The rooftop pool was a real highlight - it was much bigger than we expected and had stunning views. we had a fantastic stay here!

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

With its amazing rooftop pool/bar area, you can enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the spectacular views of the mountains. The location is also great, just a few minutes' walk to Lake Garda. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom and a nice view. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff members welcoming you warmly. The breakfast spread is amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only drawback is that the air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit noisy at times.

We were amazed by the spacious and spotlessly clean rooms at Hotel Kristal Palace. The level of cleanliness was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was of the highest quality, and we were particularly thrilled with the delicious dishes they served. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing and beautiful view of the surroundings, especially the stunning Lake Garda. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with a supermarket just across the road. I highly recommend Hotel Kristal Palace for a memorable stay.

The location is great, with stunning views of the lake and easy access to the town. the Christmas decorations were lovely and gave us a festive feeling.

The breakfast was also disappointing, with only basic options and the same food every day. the pool area was dirty and overcrowded, making it impossible to relax.
