The hotel is in a great location, close to a bustling street and just a short walk to the main street. It's also conveniently located near the ski lifts to Kronplatz, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts like us. The restaurant here is exceptional, serving delicious meals that exceeded our expectations. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the attentive housekeeping to the helpful tour and ticket assistance. The room amenities, including heating and air conditioning, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services and amenities.

The hotel provides an excellent sauna and swimming pool, which offer the perfect way to relax after a long day of business meetings. the hotel's location provides stunning views of the surrounding mountains which added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The language barrier was a challenge, and communicating with the staff proved difficult since most of them didn't speak English. Breakfast was not rich enough, given the room's price.
