We truly got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with quality bed-linen and a modern bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute away from the Duomo and conveniently close to multiple metro and tram stations. But what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from dinner suggestions to printing important documents. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a delicious and satisfying start to our day.

The only downside to the morning meal was the noise. Although the breakfast spread was fantastic, I wish the hotel provided ear plugs because it was quite loud, especially on the first night when I felt like I was sleeping outside with the windows closed.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Milan. The location was perfect, just a short walk from La Scala and Il Duomo. Although there was some noise from trams during the night, the morning view of the old Church and the sounds of birds made up for it. The breakfast selection was good, and we enjoyed the Italian radio and video shows on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Moreover, the breakfast served at the hotel is simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including mouthwatering brioches that are included in the price.

Although everything was top-notch, some aspects of the room could use improvement. The fan provided was ineffective in the scorching 38-degree heat, making the room quite warm when the window needed to be closed.

La sua posizione centrale mi ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente i negozi e ristoranti della zona, e inoltre la metropolitana si trovava a pochi passi di distanza. I had a great stay at the heart of Milan. The location was superb, just a short walk away from the famous Duomo and other tourist attractions. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Almar, was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel right in the center of Milan. It was incredibly close to all the attractions, just a few steps away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Located in the heart of the city, close to main attractions and sightseeing bus stops. The room had a balcony where we could people watch and enjoy the view of the bustling city. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.

The reception area doubling as a bar and breakfast area made it a bit noisy in the evenings when trying to have a quiet nightcap. Although this was a small drawback, the positives definitely outweighed this inconvenience.

The breakfast was great and the staff members were friendly and helpful. the hotel was well located, just a short walk from the city center and all the attractions. I also appreciated the fact that they offered a complementary shuttle service to and from the airport, very useful!
