The value for money at this hotel is excellent. It is so affordable for the area and the rooms are comfy and clean. Sylvia, the hotel owner, is incredibly helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is also great, as it is just a couple of blocks from Lake Trasimeno and within walking distance to the railway station.

Great for Easter, with an indoor pool and jacuzzi to relax in after a cold day out. the staff were super friendly and always willing to offer suggestions on what to do or where to eat. the complimentary breakfast had a decent variety for a small hotel.

The rooms were smaller than expected and the beds were uncomfortable.
