Whether you prefer the beach or the town, this guest house is conveniently located for both. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-presented, with a king-size bed and crisp linen. The ensuite bathroom is hygienic and includes thoughtful touches like shower caps. The hosts, Jamie and Kerry, provide exceptional customer service and are always willing to accommodate any requests. breakfast is delightful, with a wide variety of options available and served promptly.

One minor issue was the noise from the extractor fan, which made a banging sound in the early morning.

The place was clean and the bed was really comfy. the owners, Jason and Kerry, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I couldn't fault the breakfast - it was great and there was a good variety of options. I also appreciated the tea and coffee provided in my room. the location was perfect for exploring Whitby, and I had no issues with parking. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The hotel was fantastic, with a classy and clean atmosphere. The room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was genuinely one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The location was fantastic, being very close to everything I could ever need, including the harbour front and the pier from 6pm to 9am. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast served in the quirky music-themed dining room was top-notch. The staff were amazing, providing a warm welcome and being incredibly friendly and hospitable throughout my stay.

The weather, but that's not something the hotel can control. the shower room/toilet was a bit cramped, but it was still sufficient for a short stay.
