the breakfast buffet at the hotel was really impressive. There were a diverse range of options available, including fresh fruits, and we thoroughly enjoyed starting our day with such a satisfying meal. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. the sauna facilities were also a nice addition and provided a great way to relax after a long day of skiing.

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. the location was not as close to the ski lift as we were led to believe, making it quite a hassle to get to the slopes.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Gressoney for a week of skiing. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing information before our arrival and even assisting with our delayed baggage. They even gave us a breakfast package on our last day when we left early. The waiter, Simone, was kind and knowledgeable about the local cuisine, which was delicious with a choice of traditional Italian dishes and Aosta specialties. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel offered a shuttle service to the ski lift every 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly and excellent food.

The hotel facilities are exceptional, with well-lit and spacious rooms that are maintained to a high standard. The breakfast provided is delicious and features local products. The staff at this hotel are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Spent New Year at a hotel in the Italian Alps and it was amazing. The restaurant served incredible 5 course meals that were so filling. The spa was a great addition too, and after hours of skiing, it was welcoming to relax in a sauna. The location was perfect, right at the base of the mountains with stunning views. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the lift was very convenient.

Our room was quite small with not enough storage space, which was a downside. Also, being located near the bar, sometimes there was noise that could be heard. But overall, it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a winter retreat in the beautiful Italian Alps.

The spa facilities were top-notch and the sports massage was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski vacation.

We were amazed by the exceptional staff and the stunning location. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with kindness and professionalism, even waiting for us when we came late. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The food was simply excellent, with a delicious breakfast featuring local products. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and the spa was a wonderful place to relax with top-notch massage sessions. This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

Enrico at reception was accommodating and attentive. Beautiful room with river sounds, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Spa area was enjoyable with functioning facilities. Restaurant had a variety of menu options and lovely view. Good value for money.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the ski storage room, regular exclusive transfers to the chairlift, and the relaxing spa area. The spacious and comfortable rooms with bathrobes and slippers were perfect after a day on the slopes. The menu at the restaurant was excellent and catered to all tastes. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

We felt privileged and had no complaints about our experience at the hotel.
