Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the comfortable beds and the light-filled rooms. the hotel's location was key, as it was close to the city center and the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy. - the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with information and assistance as needed.

The lack of amenities such as complimentary water or a kettle for making coffee or tea, which are usually provided in other 4-star hotels. There was only one small waste bin in the entire room, which was inconvenient.

Parking is a challenge.

The location is perfect for exploring the city center and close to the cruise ship terminal. The staff at the reception and room service were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a separate living area. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was good. The facilities in the room were excellent and the food menu at the bar was varied, including a tasty pizza. The bar also served reasonably priced and good-quality wines. the hotel is a great choice for friends who enjoy going out at night.
