The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the city, directly opposite the opera house and close to Toledo station. It is within walking distance of key sights of Napoli. The rooms are spacious, well accessorized and kept clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests appreciate the breakfast options and the nice welcome received upon arrival.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms are not soundproof as advertised, resulting in disturbances from outside noise.

The location was excellent! Easy walking distance to all the main Venice attractions, including St Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. It was also very easy to find with the help of a street map when arriving via the Vaporetto at San Samuel terminal. The hotel had prominent yellow signs throughout the city directing you in the right direction to places like Accademia and San Marco. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious!
