A drying room for wet ski gear would be great, but even without it, the hotel still felt welcoming and well-organized.

during my romantic trip, niseko truly surpassed my expectations compared to my previous stay in kutchan. the spacious room allowed for ample storage, and the shuttle service was a lifesaver for getting to the grand hirafu ski field. i loved the delicious free buffet breakfast each morning—it really set a positive tone for our ski-filled days.

Staff were just legends—super friendly and helpful, even got a ride sorted for me back to New Chitose with time to spare! The rooms were sharp, clean and had a lekker TV with Netflix! Plus, the shuttle service was right on the money, every half hour, ja!

Only thing I missed was a proper onsen for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

I stayed in the Deluxe Niseko Room for 10 nights. The room had tons of storage space for our luggage and snowboard bags, which was a win. The toilet was spacious—perfect for a couple. The only downside was that breakfast was pretty much the same each day. a bit of rotation would have been nice. Plus, I never struggled to find parking. Definitely made our trip easier.

Spacious and comfy rooms with plenty of storage space—hard to find in Japan! Super close to town and the ski hills, so no need for a sleigh ride.

That shower light being out was a bit dim, and the receptionist's glare could've melted snow! Good thing I brought my sunglasses!
