I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a stunning location. The hotel is situated in a quiet bay and offers breathtaking views of the Lake on both sides. It was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service, room service, housekeeping, and laundry were all top-notch, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient and hassle-free, allowing for seamless transportation to and from the airport. I also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the assistance provided by the hotel's tour desk.

The view was breathtaking, and the pool area was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive towards our needs, and the meals were excellent. We also appreciated the leisurely walks to the lake and nearby town.

The lack of door hooks in the room was a minor inconvenience, and the towel change system seemed excessive. It would have been helpful to have better instructions on how breakfast, lunch, and dinner worked, including more informative food labeling considering allergens. Additionally, the tea-making facilities and coffee at breakfast could have been improved. Finally, the hotel bar could have been staffed better.

The hotel was luxurious, well-maintained, and clean. The location on the bay outside of Malcesine provided stunning views of the lake. The staff were excellent and looked after us incredibly well, from sorting out an extra bed for our children to responding to our needs in the restaurant.
