Amazing hotel at a great location

I arrived at the hotel a couple of hours before check-in and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly receptionist who showed me multiple room options. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. I loved the fact that the hotel had reserved free parking, although it could be a bit tight on a busy road. The private beach with sun loungers was a highlight, and taking a dip in the lake was refreshing. The breakfast offered a good variety and was promptly restocked. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to find, and the free bike rental was a nice touch, even if the bikes were a bit dated. I want to give a special shout-out to the receptionist, who went out of her way to assist me with the rooms, bikes, and spa recommendations. Additionally, the hotel staff's gesture of providing snacks during the football match was a lovely surprise. I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. The private beach and pool were nice amenities, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The wifi connection was slow and the soundproofing in the rooms was poor.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the breakfast spread was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that could rival any 5-star hotel. Lastly, I loved the location of this hotel, with its own private beach and breathtaking views from the rooms' terraces. It truly made my stay memorable.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the room was cleaned thoroughly and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the location was perfect for exploring the area by car and there was ample parking available.
