The value for money at Modigliani was great. The room was small but super clean and attractive, with a completely remodeled bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of key sites like the Fountain of Trevi and the Spanish Steps. The staff was friendly and helpful, always providing good recommendations.

the location was perfect as it was near the Spanish Steps and situated on a quiet street. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a nice ensuite shower. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel like part of their family. They even recommended great restaurants nearby. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of food to choose from, including cooked to order eggs and fabulous espresso. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

The staff at Modigliani hotel were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When I arrived, they noticed it was my birthday and surprised me with a bottle of prosecco in my room. They also provided complimentary hot drinks and stored my bags when my room wasn't ready. The breakfast had a good variety and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked the helpful and knowledgeable staff, always willing to assist. the key location made it easy to explore the city, with a metro stop just a 2-minute walk away and major attractions within a short walking distance. One more advantage was the clean and well-maintained hotel itself, with excellent water pressure in the shower.

Disliked the inconsistent and limited wifi connection in the room. Also, the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep, as we could hear noises from the staircase and corridor.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, but in a quiet alleyway close to the Barbarini area, making it a very convenient location for tourists. The service provided by the staff is superb, and the rooms are spacious with air con, while the sweet little balcony at the back on the top 2 floors provides a nice view of the city. Moreover, the breakfast is fantastic, with various food to choose from and fabulous espresso on offer, and the included cooked to order eggs are a real treat!
