The location is just lekka, walked to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, so easy! Love the brekkie vibes too, lekker pastries and fresh fruit, super handy to kickstart your day! Oh, and having that balcony was the cherry on top, chillin' and soaking in the city views!

Loved the staff here! When my nebulizer blew up, they rushed to help. The breakfast room was wicked nice with fresh pastries and the pizza chef nailed it. Location was super convenient. We actually canceled our next spot to stay here longer. Plus, my husband’s glasses broke, and they hooked him up with the closest store. Unreal service!

i was utterly appalled that the hotel charged me a penalty for a mistake they made, claiming they were fully booked when it was obvious they weren't. absolutley ridiculous! combined with the unfriendly behavior of the reception staff, it was quite somethin'. where was my complimentary treat? not even a polite smile to ease the terrible experience. just couldn’t give a good review.

Additionally, the steep hill leading back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing was quite challenging, especially in the hot weather. While the bathroom was clean, it was also on the smaller side, and I had to be cautious because the shower floor was slippery.

It was just an excellent fit for a short-term stay in Rome with value for price. The beds were really comfy, which made sleeping off all the sightseeing much easier. If you're leaving in the afternoon, ask to hold your luggage after checking out. it worked out great for me.
