Had a great Xmas stay in this hotel. The location is amazing, just steps away from a famous palace. Also, it's only a short taxi ride to downtown, which was very convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The staff at the reception were very helpful and kind, making our stay even better.

There were a few downsides. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were not as friendly as expected.

This hotel is in a prime location, being in the center of the city, near the famous Alhambra. Guests have the convenience of walking to the city center or taking the bus. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, coffee machines, and tea supplies. Staff service is exceptionally friendly, and guests are welcomed with cold fruit-infused water. The library is a great place to relax and learn about the history of the place.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was lovely and the staff treated us like royalty. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the Alhambra.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel right next to the Alhambra Palace. the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the Aurea Washington Irving were impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I opted for breakfast and it was definitely worth it - a great selection of high-quality foods, with waiters and waitresses who were very helpful. the fried eggs were especially delicious. the hotel's location was perfect for visiting the palace, just a two-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for exploring the sights. I was blown away by the great breakfast - eggs cooked to order. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I enjoyed an unforgettable, magical, and evocative stay.

Despite being a wonderful hotel, the rooms were a little plain in comparison to the stylish decor. However, I would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing it was perfect.

I had one of the best rooms in Spain here, very tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The staff, especially Sara and Fanny, went above and beyond my expectations. The location was perfect for visiting the Alhambra, with a beautiful view of the palace from my room. It was also convenient to explore the city center, either by walking through the gardens or taking a bus from the adjoining bus stop.
