The staff at Hotel Monna Lisa went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They not only provided great local information but also drove me to Leonardo's house when I had no other way of getting there. The personalized touches and friendly atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is run by a fantastic family, very hygienic rooms with balconies and amazing views, excellent breakfast with personalized service, friendly and accommodating staff who offer tour planning assistance, larger rooms compared to higher-rated hotels, clean and quiet environment.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the Leonardo Museum and many tourist spots. The room we stayed in was small but spotless, with beautiful views of the surrounding hillsides. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and gave us helpful advice for our trip. The cleanliness and fresh bathroom were also appreciated.

There was a heavy cigarette smoke smell in the lobby area, which wafted up the stairs.

The hotel had friendly staff who were always prepared to help out, and the excellent location allowed for easy walking around town. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. the hotel was reasonably priced, making it worthwhile.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not efficient, and the presence of mosquitoes made the night not as comfortable as it could have been. the hotel did not have 24-hour reception as we hoped for, which made it difficult to address the issues we had with the room at night.
